Shah Rukh to host Zee TV's new show ‘Dil Se Naachein Indiawaale’

Zee TV is all set to launch another unique dance reality show titled ‘Dil Se Naachein Indiawaale’ with Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan as the host.

In a first-of-its-kind association with the actor’s upcoming film ‘Happy New Year’, Zee will launch ‘Dil Se Naachein Indiawaale’, a unique dance tour to search for a ‘happy’ dancer whose act makes everyone smile.

Zee TV programming head Namit Sharma confirmed the news, “Yes, we are associating with Shah Rukh Khan for a brand-new dance reality show. It has a fresh concept and will not be a one-off show. We will announce more details about it soon.”

The announcement of the show was made by the channel during the music launch of ‘Happy New Year’ held recently.

The contestants will be tested not on their technical skills but on the energy and happiness they bring to the floor during their routine.

The show does not stand for technical dance forms like jazz or salsa, but for freestyle dances that one sees, ‘say, for example, in a baraat or during Ganesh Visarjan’.

The auditions for the show have commenced, and are open to individuals, groups, couples or participants in any number, between the ages of 5 and 80 years.
